The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 323, 427, 341, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 19 F.I.R. named accused persons, including both petitioners, and 50-60 unknown persons are said to have attacked the informant upon which, he entered into his house and locked himself in his house. It is further alleged that the accused persons, thereafter, brutally assaulted the grand-father of the informant, as a result of which, he died. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. There is no specific allegation of assault against petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 605 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
