The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chausa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased alleged that he came to see his daughter on 21.01.2016 but he did not find his daughter inside the house. The house was locked from outside. On enquiry, the informant came to know that his daughter was killed by her husband Bal Vijay Yadav and his second wife Silam Devi. The petitioner and others are alleged to have concealed the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of Bal Vijay Yadav and his wife, the deceased. On mere suspicion name

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49076 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 of the petitioner has figured in the case as one of the persons who are alleged to have concealed the dead body.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Chausa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
