Petitioner is an accused in connection with R.P.F. Post (Sasaram) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 3 RP (UP)Act 66 & Section 174C of the Railway Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15109 of 2020 on merit. It is further submitted that now the fresh ground is that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the incarceration of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
