JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 The writ application of the petitioner now stands disposed off since the petitioner, who retired from the post of Accountant of the University itself, is expected to be well versed with the accounts of the University as also the methodology. Petitioner is free to approach the Registrar of the University to either explain his calculation or understand the calculation which the University has made with regard to last pay drawn which could have become the basis for grant of retirement benefit. So far as the University is concerned, in their affidavit they have accepted that the last pay to which the petitioner is entitled to on retirement is Rs.25,000/- and his post retiral dues and pension has been calculated and even arrears has been paid accordingly,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15114 of 2015(6) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 which is reflected from paragraphs 10, 11 and 12 of the counter affidavit.

On the petitioner approaching the Registrar with a copy of this order, the necessary exercise and deliberation will be done and the final position made known within a period of three months thereof.

Writ stands disposed of with the above.
