Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the informant, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with indication that if within six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39036 of 2016 (4) dt.01-12-2016 2/2 may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
