2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Rs. 1,14,460/- was looted in a broad day light. The petitioner's involvement has come during investigation. He is accused in three more cases of similar nature. He is in jail since 05.12.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the antecedent and the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
