This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sono Police Station Case No. 12 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 323, 504, 498(A), 307, 379, 386, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they have no concern with internal dispute of the informant and her husband. Although there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30940 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 allegation of assault against the petitioners but no injury has been sustained to the informant. Hence, the petitioner also deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Sono Police Station Case No. 12 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
