Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as considering the fact that some other co-accused have been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-P/3, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 16.01.2019, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
