JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar PS Case No. 886 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 324, 326, 201, 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not from the family of the in-laws of the deceased and all the family members of the deceased in-laws have been made accused. Sanjay Yadav, Naresh Yadav abnd Bero Devi alias Bhairo Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23550 of 2017 whereas the only allegation against the petitioner in the last is that he is also involved in the said conspiracy. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is no material against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52945 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Yadav in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar PS Case No. 886 of 2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
