JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). To Quash the letter no. 611 dated 03.12.19 passed in Case No. 3/2019 by the Child Development Project Officer, Ekangarsrai (annexure -4).

(ii). To further quash the letter No. 232 dated 05.02.20 by which the second appeal case no.

2/ 2020 has been dismissed by the respondent No. 7 and was upheld the order passed by the Respondent No. 4 (Annexure-5).

Patna High Court CWJC No.12096 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 (iii). To further issue to appropriate writs to the respondent to appoint this petitioner in place of Respondent No. 8 who has 8 illegally been appointed by the respondent keeping in abeyance of the guidelines issued by the government."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
