JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 475 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 29233 of 2017, 27411 of 2017,28536 of 2017, 26884 of 2017 and 36024 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51224 of 2017 (3) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
