====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.1931 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing Gyanmala Kumari, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle in dowry and to dispose of her dead body.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are younger brother-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant. In fact, after marriage

No.28904 of 2018(2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 of the deceased with Ritesh Kumar alias Bajrangi, the son of the petitioner no.2, both the petitioners started to live separately and due to quarrel in between the deceased and her husband, the deceased committed suicide and, thereafter, the information was given by the petitioner no.1 to the informant but with an ulterior motive, both the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them, within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (T) (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.1931 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
