2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 14.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2081 of 2014.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.895 of 2016 dt.24-01-2018 2/2 fairly states that the grievances of the petitioner have now been redressed and the entire dues owing to the petitioner have been received.
