JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.11.2017 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 3253 of 2017 by which while granting bail the petitioner was directed to appear on each and every date in court.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is working in State Bank of India in Gujarat and it is difficult for him to appear on each and every date in court, as such he may be directed to appear in court as and when required. Heard learned Special P.P. for the State.
In the facts and circumstances, the condition No.2 in the order dated 23.11.2017 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 3253 of 2017 is modified to the extent that petitioner has to appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. This application is allowed.
