KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 This application has been filed for modifying order dated 30.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22288 of 2017 to the extent to extend three weeks time enabling the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below to furnish their bail bonds.

2. Petitioners were granted Anticipatory bail by order dated 30.05.2017 and were directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. It has been contended on behalf of petitioners that for the reasons as mentioned in this modification application they could not surrender before the court below within four weeks as

4. Petition is allowed. Petitioners are directed to surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- IVth, Supaul, in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, G.R. No. 1059 of 2015

5. Petitioners shall remain physically present on each and every date in the case as fixed by Trial Court and absence on two consecutive dates without any valid reasons, the trial court shall cancel their bail.
