The petitioner seeks bail in Jaynagar P. S. Case No. 89 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 100.5 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from a plastic sack kept in a motorcycle of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27854 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge- II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P. S. Case No. 89 of 2019, G.R. No. 318 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
