2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 35 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The complainant makes allegation against the petitioner that after marriage in 2013, she came to her matrimonial house where the accused persons tortured her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

No.28681 of 2025(4) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 that according to his instruction, the complainant has solemnized her second marriage and it is the reason that she is not appearing despite notice has personally been served upon her. It has also been submitted that her conduct was not good that is why the petitioner has lodged a divorce case against the complainant. In that case also, she did not appear and that case in on the verge of its final conclusion.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 35 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
