This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 251 of 2013 dated 12.12.2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Manish Kumar No. 2, learned APP for the State has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2013 and in all its probability the investigation must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42723 of 2016(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 same ought to be concluded within a period of three months. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order, he would have the liberty to avail of the remedies to which he is entitled.
