The present petition has been filed against order dated 30.09.2015 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi in Matrimonial Case No. 08 of 2014, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month as interim maintenance to O.P. No. 2 by 12th day of every month and also directed to pay Rs. 6,000/- as expenses of proceeding at one time.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 30.09.2015.

The court below is, however, directed to pass final

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54834 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 order in Matrimonial Case No. 08 of 2014 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous is dismissed with aforesaid observation.
