2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 354(B), 379, 34, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and her husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The allegation of inflicting rod blow on head of the husband of

No.28776 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 the informant is on co-accused, Vivek Sahu whereas the allegation against the present petitioner is concerned, there is allegation that he assaulted the informant with iron rod. The injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
