The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 779 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 511 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was trying to unlock the Motorcycle of nephew of the informant in front of Hanuman Mandir. It is further alleged that when the informant saw him, he attempted to run away throwing the key of the Motorcycle, but with the help of public he was caught hold.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. He is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27768 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 custody since 8.10.2018 having clean antecedent. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
