JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Counsel for the State informs the Court that the only thing which has not been settled is pension and gratuity. The reason thereof is emerging from reading of Annexure-1. The petitioner will have to resolve the account and obtain a no dues certificate for availing the benefit of sanction of pension and gratuity.
The State counsel informs the Court that the petitioner had approached the office of the District Education Officer and has given an assurance to resolve the issue.
