The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 936 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the alleged amount could not be transferred to the account of the concerned Company, but later on, the petitioner transferred the amount successfully through RTGS, as detailed in the Transactions Inquiry, Annexure-3.
