The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner of commission of offence of sexual assault against a minor girl, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with G.R. No. 1315/2020, arising out of Korha P.S. Case No. 154 of 2020.

Hence, prayer is refused.

Prosecution evidence is already going on. Hence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28094 of 2020(5) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 learned trial Judge is directed to expedite and conclude the trial at the earliest.
