2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24134 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2017.
