The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/307/427/379/147/148/149/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegations are on account of political enmity and have emanated out of an election dispute. There is no specific allegation against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47543 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 P2/2 these petitioners and as such, they may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and on consideration of all facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari in connection with Adapur (Harpur) P.S. Case No. 90/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
