The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have got appointment to the post of Aaganwadi Sevika on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate. It is submitted that without proper verification of educational certificate furnished by petitioner, this false and fabricated case has been filed. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from the service. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28935 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
