JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 If from the record and Annexure-4, which has been annexed with the writ application, the number of earned leave, which is reflected from the record is 223 days, on what basis the petitioner is asking for sanction of a leave of 77 days more because the maximum earned leave permissible is 300 days under the rules, which is not permissible in the case of the petitioner. No order is passed for the payment of 77 days of earned leave unless the record reflects that she has earned 300 days of earned leave from the original record and not begotten records.

Writ is dismissed.
