JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application has sought for following reliefs:- 1.
Quashing of the order of holding guilty and consequent punishment withholding increments of the petitioner for 2006, 2007 and 2008 passed by the Respondent no.5, in Inquiry No.01/2005, as contained in Annexure 4/A & 4/B.

Commanding the respondents to make
Patna High Court CWJC No.16285 of 2015 (2) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 payment of arrears of salary calculated on the basis of annual increments for 2006, 2007 and 2008 along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.
Considering the aforesaid reliefs, sought for, on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the competent authority, under the Bihar C.C.A. Rules, 2005, within a period of 45 days.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
