Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and as a matter of fact the alleged money is due to the informant and only to save himself from payment of the said amount, he has lodged the present frivolous case.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52948 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides. From perusal of the impugned order it appears that the witnesses have also supported the case of the prosecution and there are also certain materials available against the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, the privilege of anticipatory bail, it is, accordingly, rejected.
