Learned AC to G.P. 6 appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 4, submits that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by all the three authorities and against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna. According to him, in above view of the matter, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
