19-01-2017 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 14. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 21285 of 2012, which stood dismissed against respondent no. 14, 16 & 20 due to non-compliance of peremptory order. By order dated 20-06-2013, direction was issued for issuance of fresh notice to aforesaid respondents by ordinary post as well as registered cover, for which, requisites were required to be filed within one week.

In view of facts and circumstances, particularly the fact disclosed in the present petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 21285 of 2012 be restored in respect of respondent no. 14, 16 & 20 with further direction to comply order dated 20-06-2013 within a period of three weeks, failing

Patna High Court MJC No.5924 of 2013 (4) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 which, C.W.J.C. No. 21285 of 2012 shall stand dismissed in respect of respondent no. 14, 16 & 20.
