The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhour) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

The informant has alleged in the written report that when he was recording confessional statement of one accused namely, Manish Kumar wanted in other case he disclosed that arms used in murder will be found in possession of this petitioner and one Dhiraj Kumar and thereafter, the informant went to house of this petitioner and Dhiraj Kumar and found them trying to conceal something. It is further alleged that one country made pistol along with one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhour) P.S.
