23-09-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Taraiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2010 registered under Sections 406, 420, 477(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is the secretary of the governing body of the college. He has alleged that in the past the petitioner along with Principal of the college embezzled substantial amount of money. Attention of this court is drawn to the fact that the Principal has also filed a case against the Secretary of the college making serious allegation of embezzlement of fund. Both the cases are being investigated together by the police and for the last six years, they have not been able to come at any conclusion. However, as the petitioner is named in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41750 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 F.I.R., he has a reasonable apprehension of arrest. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, namely, Awadhesh Kumar Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IX, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2010, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
