This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the first information report co-accused, Prashant Kumar, the Junior Accountant, did not produce the relevant documents and registers for inspection which raised suspicion in the mind of the informant that there is financial irregularity.

Submission of the petitioner is that Prashant Kumar has already been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30742 of 2016 on 18.10.2016 as Prashant Kumar had produced all the papers to the authorities on 3rd October, 2016. The petitioner was Executive Engineer at that time. No allegation is there in the first information report against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
