JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 21.06.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P. S. case no. 264/2016 registered under sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. No doubt, petitioner is named in the FIR with omnibus allegation of assault and specific allegation of pulling Dupatta of the informant's daughter-in-law but having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Ahmad Hussain has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 31.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 29444/2018. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29294 of 2018 (3) dt.21-06-2018 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Goraul P. S. case no. 264/2016 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
