JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No. 1696/2018 wherein inadvertently the name of original respondent 'Chano Kumari' has been typed as 'Chano Devi' and similarly the name of present petitioner 'Ashok Kumar Sah' has been typed as 'Ashok Sah'.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1225 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 and taking into consideration the nature of prayer, let the name of original respondent be read and treated as 'Chano Kumari' and similarly the name of present petitioner be read and treated as 'Ashok Kumar Sah' wherever it occurred in the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No. 1696/2018.

The modification petition stands allowed to the aforesaid extent only.
