2. Heard Mr. Parmeshwar Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.
3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanganj PS Case No. 108 of 2019 dated 05.11.2019, instituted under Sections 341/323/325/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with co-accused Vakil Yadav had badly assaulted the brother of the informant due to which he sustained injuries and his bone was also broken.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties are agnates and due to land dispute, this false case has been filed to exert undue pressure on the petitioner. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
6. Learned APP submitted that the petitioner and cocaused are alleged to have assaulted with the iron blows on the brother of the informant resulting in injury and his bone was broken. It was thus submitted that injury is grievous.
7. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
