The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihar P.S. case No. 327 of 2016 under Section 467, 468, 471, 414,420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant was checking the vehicles. During the course of checking one driver of Scorpio started away fleeing away but on chase he was arrested, who disclosed his name as Kanhaiya Kumar. From the possession of Kanhaiya Kumar one ATM card and cash were recovered. From the mobile of Kanhaiya Kumar different account Nos. and ATM PIN Nos. were recovered. Kanhaiya Kumar disclosed that petitioners are also members of his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29471 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 gang which indulged in cheating the innocent people by practicing Chehra Pahchano Inam Pao scheme.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated accused Bittu Kumar and Pravin Kumar have already been granted anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. case No. 327 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
