Since the husband of the petitioner died on 12.09.2016 and payment of post-retirement dues etc. have already been made uptill the year 2012 for others, the respondent-Managing Director, BISCOMAUN is directed to ensure that payment to the petitioner is released and made in terms of chronological order within a period of six weeks from today since the order is passed in the presence of the counsel for the respondent-BISCOMAUN.
