JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 448, 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. As a matter of fact, the deceased was of unsound mind and was suffering from mental disease. None has assaulted the deceased. During investigation, daughter and husband of the deceased were examined and they have not stated anything against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
