In this case, the petitioner is making complain that he has not been paid the salary for four months i.e. October, November, December of 2018 and January of 2019 and also payment for G.P.F. and others.
If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may approach the appropriate authority, who will examine the matter and take decision in accordance with law. However it is made clear that if the decision goes against the petitioner, in that circumstance, he will have liberty to approach the appropriate authority for
Patna High Court CWJC No.10832 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 redressal of his grievance.
