This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nasariganj P.S. Case No.404 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 310(2) and 311 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

Five criminals have looted Rs.6,00,000/- from the informant after assaulting the staffs of the office. 4.

The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of a co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
