2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(1), 308(4), 109, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that one Chunchun Singh has fired at the son of the informant. The allegation against this petitioner is that he was also making fire but nobody received gun shot injury from the fire of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only the member of the mob and only allegation against him is that he has made fire. The petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case and he is in custody since 13.02.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant is present. He has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He further submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case. Learned APP appearing for the state has also opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with F.C.I. P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
