The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tiar P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 325, 341, 147, 148, 149, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that due to dispute petitioners surrounded the informant and started to abuse him. When the informant made protest then he was assaulted by petitioner no. 1, Dinesh Yadav @ Dinesh Singh through iron instrument at his head. On raising alarm, 14 persons including the petitioners and others also caused injury to the villagers, who had come to save the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some dispute occurrence took place, in which, informant Dinesh Mahto, Sabitri Devi, Chote Lal, Prem Chandra and Pappu Kumar have sustained injury whereas four persons including petitioner nos.1 and 2 have also sustained injury and on the basis of written report of petitioner no. 1, Dinesh Singh, Tiar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 is instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 147, 148, 149, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Moreover, five persons including the informant are said to be sustained injury but all injuries are simple in nature.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Tiar P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
