Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2112 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 417, 465, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is Cashier of the Company in question. It is submitted that petitioner was merely an employee of the company and his duty was only to manage

It is further submitted that although petitioner is accused in six other cases, but all are related to the same transaction filed by various agents. In those cases, petitioner has been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure- 2, 3 and 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2112 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
