The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name transpired in this case on the basis of statement of the informer of the police. Save and except there is no material available on record against the petitioner and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.01.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26186 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 let the above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharahra P.S.
