The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No.159 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 341, 323, 332, 353, 504 and 506 of I.P.C.

Accusation is that 11 F.I.R.named accused persons including the petitioner along with 30 other women and 25 unknown men entered the Circle Office of the informant where meeting was going on, created nuisance in course of discharging his official duty by using unparliamentary, filthy and abusive language.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29187 of 2018 (2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 submits that the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. along with ten others and unknown persons but no specific allegation of any overt act is attributed to the petitioner. He has got no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13529 of 2018.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Darbhanga, in Jalley P.S.
