Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 9.12.2017 contained in Annexure-4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the notice is vague and far from the truth.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not made any construction in the campus of Zila Krishi Karlaya, West Champaran, Bettia. He has made construction over his Raiyati land.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6806 of 2014(4) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Anchal Adhikari, West Champaran, Bettia including all relevant documents to indicate that there is no construction inside the campus of Zila Krishi Karlaya, West Champaran, Bettia. On filing such representation including all relevant documents, the Circle Officer, West Champaran, Bettia shall visit the campus of Zila Krishi Karlaya, West Champaran, Bettia and if is found that there is no construction over the land of Zila Krishi Karlaya, West Champaran, Bettia. he shall not proceed ahead on the basis of Annexure-4 otherwise he shall remove encroachment forthwith if it is found there is encroachment in the nature of temporary or permanent in the campus of Zila Krishi Karlaya, West Champaran, Bettia. The entire exercise in this regard may be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
