JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of directions to the Respondents to conclude the proceeding of the Aam Sabha with respect to appointment of Aanganbadi Sewika of center 318 situated in ward No.8, Panchyat:- Pipra Bishunpur, Block:- Parihar, District:- Sitamarhi as the last Aam Sabha held on 23/12/2020 which was adjourned and more than land half year have been elapsed but till

Patna High Court CWJC No.7912 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2024 2/2 date no appointment on the Post of Aangabadi Sewika for the abovementioned center has been made.

(ii) Petitioner further prays that after concluding the Aam Sabha, issue the appointment letter to the Petitioner Namely Puja Devi on the post of Aanganbadi Sewika as she is the only bonafide candidate for the selection on the above mentioned post as in the Aamsabha held on 23/12/2020 it was declared that the petitioner will be given the appointment letter till 15/01/2021." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
